Early Christmas with Grandma & Grandpa Lomax

Grandma and Grandpa Lomax came out for an early Christmas. Sydney was able to get a few presents early so we could all enjoy watching her with them. Plus, one of them required assembly, so it was nice to have Grandpa put it together instead of us. :) It was a short visit, but we all had a really nice time just hanging out and spending time together. Family photo in front of the fake Christmas tree we got this year. We weren't sure how Sydney would do with a real tree (probably eat the needles and try to bathe in the water), so we opted for the the small fake one. She still hasn't noticed it.

Grandpa tickles Sydney to get a laugh. Seriously one of the sweetest sounds on earth.

Grandma got Sydney a car for Christmas. It grows with her, starting with the rocking position, then we can push her around, then she can walk herself around. Mommy likes this one because it keeps Sydney in one place for a little while. :)

Grandpa shows Syd how to work the buttons. Great tunes. They ring over and over in my head even when not playing.

Sydney in the box the car came in. So much fun!

Grandma introduces Sydney to Elmo. Her favorite thing that Elmo says is "Kiss Kiss" then he blows kisses "mwa... mwa.." She also loves to dance with him. Really cute.
